Customers and visitors to Takaful Brunei Am Sdn Bhd (TBA) and Takaful Brunei Keluarga Sdn Bhd (TBK) branches/counters are required to scan a BruHealth QR Code prior to entry and upon exit.
Precautions including social and physical distancing, temperature screening and the use of hand sanitisers are also in place.
Customers are advised to download and register for the BruHealth app before visiting any TBA or TBK branches/counters or use the alternative channel provided for customers to avoid risk of contact during transactions.
