TAKAFUL Brunei Am Sdn Bhd (TBA) recently opened a new counter at the ground floor of the Labour Department.
According to a press release, TBA’s counter at the Labour Department will be providing services such as renewals, quotations and payments for retail products such as the Comprehensive Home Package, Additional Motor Coverage, Motor Takaful and Musafir Takaful.
The counter operates Monday to Thursday from 8am to 11.45am and until 3.45pm on Saturdays. The counter will be closed on Fridays.
The new addition to the list of existing TBA counters was made to ensure customer’s convenience especially with the TBA’s new Insurance Takaful Guarantee for Foreign Workers scheme – a deposit payment method introduced by the Labour Department – as an alternative to cash deposit and banker’s guarantee to the Labour Department for the employment of foreign workers, that aims to ensure a more efficient transaction of employment.
Mohd Azrin bin Haji Masrah, the Acting Assistant General Manager of the TBA Retail and BANCA Department said that customer convenience and satisfaction is “crucial in ensuring the services we provide can exceed expectations”.
“As newer products, plans and schemes are introduced to tailor to the ever evolving needs of the market from personal to corporate risk management solutions, TBA aims to be at the forefront to lead the Takaful and insurance industry,” Mohd Azrin said.
