More companies came forward yesterday to contribute to the COVID-19 Relief Fund in support of the government’s fight against the coronavirus spread in the country.
Minister of Health Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar and Deputy Permanent Secretary (Policy and Management) at the Ministry of Health (MoH) Haji Maswadi bin Haji Mohsin received the donations on behalf of the ministry.
Among the cash donations were: Adinin Group of Companies with BND200,000, presented by its Managing Director Haji Musa bin Haji Adinin; Emas Laut Sdn Bhd with BND30,000, handed over by its Managing Director Haji Mohammad Taib bin Datu Hulubalang Haji Abdul Wahab; Exceltech Solutions Sdn Bhd with BND15,000, presented by its Managing Director Hafriz Fayadh bin Haji Musa; Syarikat Takaful Brunei Darussalam with BND15,000, handed over by its Managing Director Haji Shahrildin bin Pehin Orang Kaya Lela Utama Dato Paduka Haji Jaya; Awinco Sdn Bhd with BND6,000, presented by its Managing Director Kalimuthan Ilangovan; Powsen Electrical Co with BND5,000, handed over by representative Chieng Hock Hee; Lifz Technology Sdn Bhd with BND3,000, presented by representative Ong Boon Kein; and Harun Electrical and Engineering Sdn Bhd, handed over by representative Hon Swee San.
